Terms
Terms for using this site
These terms cover the website itself. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

Draft — not yet in force
Unreviewed draft
This document is a structural skeleton, not legal advice, and it does not yet describe how this business actually operates. The highlighted passages mark decisions only you can make. Have a qualified lawyer review it before this site goes live — see src/content/legal.ts to edit the text.
About these terms
This site is operated by LEGAL ENTITY NAME, a STATE corporation or LLC at STREET ADDRESS, CITY, STATE ZIP, United States. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using it.
These terms are not your contract with us
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Service descriptions, timelines, engagement models and any figures shown are illustrative. Work is performed only under a separately signed agreement — a master services agreement and statement of work, or equivalent — and where that agreement conflicts with this page, that agreement governs.
All amounts referenced anywhere on this site are in United States dollars (USD) unless we say otherwise in writing.
Using the site
You may read the site, and share links to it. You may not:
- copy, republish or resell its content as your own;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or any connected system;
- interfere with its operation, or place unreasonable load on it;
- scrape it for the purpose of building a competing offering, or to train a model, without our written permission;
- use it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and code of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you.
IF ANY THIRD-PARTY MARKS, FONTS, ICONS OR STOCK IMAGERY APPEAR ON THE SITE, ACKNOWLEDGE THEM HERE AND CONFIRM YOUR LICENSE COVERS THE USE.
Accuracy and availability
We write this site carefully but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. Content here is general information about what we do — it is not professional, technical or legal advice, and you should not act on it alone.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their security or their privacy practices.
Disclaimers and liability
THIS SECTION MUST BE DRAFTED BY YOUR ATTORNEY. Warranty disclaimers and liability caps are the clauses most often struck down when copied from elsewhere. In the US they generally have to be conspicuous to be enforceable, several states limit what may be disclaimed, and liability for fraud or willful misconduct cannot be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of STATE, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in COUNTY, STATE have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
DECIDE WITH COUNSEL WHETHER YOU WANT AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE OR A CLASS-ACTION WAIVER HERE. Both are common in US website terms and both carry specific drafting and notice requirements.
Changes, and how to reach us
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one in force, and the date at the top tells you when it changed.
Questions about this document can go to CONTACT_EMAIL, or through the form on our contact page. We aim to respond within RESPONSE_WINDOW, e.g. five business days.
